A small implementation of the Scheme language
Siod stands for Scheme In One Defun. Soid has some database, unix programming and cgi scripting extensions. The runtime footprint of programs linked with the basic system lib is fairly small.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
