mlocate-0.26
Fast filename lookup using pattern-matching
Assuming the updatedb command shipped with this package is run regularly by cron, then mlocate will allow the user to pattern-match a filename in the locally mounted filestore very quickly.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
