psgml-1.3.2
A major mode for editing SGML documents
PSGML works with GNU Emacs 19.19 and later. PSGML contains a simple SGML parser and can work with any DTD. Functions provided include menus and commands for inserting tags, identification of structural errors, editing of attribute values and structure based editing. This is the package to use if you are starting off with SGML, or find SGML confusing!

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
