NAME
axis - two dimensional plots
SYNOPSIS
axis [ options ]
DESCRIPTION
A simple two dimensional plotter. Offers automatic scaling,
logarithmic axes, error bars, the UGS character set, and many other
features. Without any options, takes a list of ordered pairs of
numbers and makes a plot. For the real manual, use "tbl axis.doc |
eqn | troff -ms" or its nroff analogue, where "axis.doc" is in the
axis source directory.
Axis produces output in the old UNIX graphics language ( see plot(5)
), and the appropriate plot filter should be used to display the
output.
