transfig-3.2.3
Translates output from xfig into several other formats
Supported formats include LaTeX, PostScript and pic. Transfig is actually the front-end for the fig2dev program that is also part of this package. You are advised to obtain xfig (from the X11/Drawing category) at the same time as getting transfig.

There are run-time dependencies that need to be installed first. Why not use depothelper to install them all in one go?
