pquota-2.0
Pquota is a quota database, server, and client
It is designed to control printer usage. It could keep track of any integer thing. It is being used it to limit how many pages a person can print in any academic quarter. This version is known to work on HP-UX 9.05. Has not been tested under 10.10 yet.
