fiasco-1.3	An image and video compression system
Description:	FIASCO is based on fractal coding which outperforms the well known JPEG and MPEG standards. It consists of a memory hogging X11 application to analyse and visualise a compressed image, a tool to generate the binary tree of the compressed image a command line application and others.
