fasta-3.2	Collection of DNA sequence searching programs
Description:	This version can search both forward and reverse strands on a DNA sequence in a single run. It can scan a protein or DNA sequence library for similar sequences, compare a protein sequence to a DNA sequence and calculating similarities with frameshifts to the forward and reverse orientations.
