Cellular automata that resemble chemical reactions
Hodge is an implementation of Gerhard & Schuster's hodge-podge machine, which is a class of cellular automata, that resemble very closely autocatalytic reactions, like the Belousov-Zhabotinskii reaction. Familiarity with gnuplot useful.
