grappe-3.0
A sophisticated pattern matching program
It looks, in a text, for a set of patterns containing wildcards of unbounded or bounded length. The size of the patterns or their length is unlimited. It is very efficient for searching for a large number of patterns, as in a DNA sequence, for example.
