told how many pages to print. It prints all pages in its data
stream, until this page count is reached. Hence removed the
do_output logic, this also fixed a bug where superfluous showpage's
and other commands from earlier pages would be output when trying
to output a specific page. (gnome_print_meta_render): Decoder
header properly, and fix data offsets.
(gnome_print_meta_render_page): Use locate_page_header() to find
the right page, and fix call to do_render appropriately.
