gnutls-2.8.3	A TLS and Secure Sockets Layer implementation
Description:	It offers an API to access secure communication protocols, which provide privacy over insecure lines and were designed to prevent eavesdropping, tampering, or message forgery. HP-UX 11.11 users should also install the HP-UX Strong Random Number Generator software product (see the HPUX.Install file included in this package).
